Monthly pricing is based on a minimum 12-month term. On-site visits include travel within 30 km of the Melbourne CBD; travel beyond is chargeable by zone.

Updates are the security.
Cameras, locks, hubs, routers and every other connected device ship security fixes for flaws found after they were sold. A smart home that is never updated gets less secure every year. Keeping firmware current across the whole system is a part of our membership value.
Your home. Your keys.
We do not retain remote access to your home. Every session has to be approved by you with two-factor authentication before we can connect, and the access ends when the session does. A CleverMate login on its own is never enough to reach your home.

Call-out prices include the first hour. All rates are plus GST.
