The brief

This was a builder's own development, and the brief was commercial: make the property feel a class above everything else a buyer would inspect that weekend. The automation had to be genuinely useful to whoever moved in, impressive in a single walkthrough, and delivered on a development budget rather than a luxury one. Invisible on the plans, unmistakable at the inspection.

What we installed

Full Apple Home automation across every light switch, with scenes ready to demonstrate from day one. Blinds that move on cue, climate on the same brain, locks, alarm, cameras, doorbell, garage and gate. Everything handed over documented and working, so the new owners walked into a finished home that already knew what to do, not a project with a manual.

Does home automation add value to a development?

It differentiates. In a market of comparable renovations, a working automation system gives buyers something they can feel at inspection and nothing to set up after settlement. This project delivered that for $15,000 to $20,000, inside a development budget.

Who supports the system after the sale?

We do. New owners inherit the documentation and our aftercare, so the handover from developer to buyer includes the technology, and the builder never fields the tech questions.
